About this role

At Tetra Pak, the Planning & Logistics Manager leads factory operational planning and logistics across three factory units on one site. This role ensures efficient end-to-end supply chain execution, delivering high service levels, optimized inventory, and operational excellence.

You will lead and develop planning, warehousing, and logistics teams to consistently meet customer commitments. Partner with Operations Managers to optimize planning boards, improve equipment efficiency, and implement lean production flow principles.

Based in Rayong, Thailand, this position reports to the Factory Director. You will drive continuous improvement using World Class Manufacturing (WCM) methodologies to eliminate losses across planning, warehousing, and logistics.

Build organizational capability through coaching, succession planning, and continuous skill development. Oversee world-class internal logistics operations, including material handling, warehouse management, and factory material flow.

Requirements

Proven experience in production planning, warehousing, and logistics management
Strong leadership and team development skills to build organizational capability
Knowledge of lean manufacturing and World Class Manufacturing (WCM) methodologies
Proficiency in SAP, APO, and P2 planning systems
Experience managing third-party logistics providers and external warehouses
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for capacity planning and inventory optimization
Understanding of EHS and regulatory compliance in logistics operations
Fluent in English and Thai for effective communication in a Rayong-based role

Responsibilities

Lead and develop planning, warehousing, and logistics teams across three factory units on one site
Partner with Operations Managers to optimize planning boards, improve equipment efficiency, reduce losses, and implement lean production flow principles
Drive continuous improvement using WCM methodologies to eliminate losses across planning, warehousing, and logistics
Lead world-class internal logistics operations including material handling, warehouse management, and factory material flow
Ensure efficient and compliant inbound and outbound logistics processes, including supplier receipts and customer deliveries
Oversee third-party logistics (3PL) and external warehouse providers to ensure service excellence and cost efficiency
Ensure robust inventory governance including stock accuracy, cycle counting, reconciliation, and risk mitigation
Develop and maintain monthly capacity plans and create optimized production schedules considering capacity, constraints, and customer requirements
