About this role
As the Supply Chain Manager for Pernod Ricard in Vietnam, you will lead end-to-end operations including demand planning, warehousing, distribution, and importation. The role is central to optimizing inventory and ensuring seamless product flow across the market by driving the S&OP process.
You will liaise with local Sales and Marketing teams to consolidate monthly sales forecasts and promotion campaigns. You will run the monthly S&OP meeting, manage replenishment forecasts, and handle SKU delisting and new product launches with brand companies.
In warehousing and distribution, you will take full responsibility for optimizing transport costs and on-time delivery across Vietnam. You will manage logistics vendors, track imported products, and standardize warehouse processes to ensure proper storage conditions.
On the importation side, you will organize the arrival of goods and manage customs clearance to avoid demurrage fees. You will lead price strategies for import cost consultation and ensure compliance with state regulations for labeling and quality announcements.
You will oversee monthly and quarterly stock counts, FG destruction, and internal audit procedures. With proven management skills, you will optimize team performance and drive continuous improvement to meet annual saving targets.
Requirements
- University graduate knowledgeable of storage, transportation, import and export, and quality control.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficiency in office computer skills.

Responsibilities
- Lead the S&OP (Sales & Operation Process) to consolidate monthly sales forecasts and optimize inventory.
- Liaise with local Sales and Marketing teams to run forecast analysis and monthly S&OP meetings.
- Control stock levels at local warehouses (North-South-Production) and overseas HUB to prevent out-of-stock and overstock.
- Manage replenishment forecast, order processing, SKU delisting, new launches, and new packaging with brand companies.
- Optimize transport costs and on-time delivery across Vietnam, ensuring annual saving budget is met.
- Manage logistics vendors to ensure best service, track and trace each product imported and distributed.
- Standardize warehouse processes to ensure proper storage conditions and follow-up on items.
- Manage importation and customs clearance of goods, coordinating with external stakeholders to avoid demurrage and delays.
