About this role
Within Nestlé Waters Suisse, the Demand & Supply Chain Manager oversees end-to-end Supply Chain performance. This role ensures product availability at the best cost while optimizing stock levels and aligning with business priorities. It leads the Demand & Supply Planning & Data Management team.
The position serves as a key interface between Operations and the Business through active contribution to S&OP and IBP processes. Demand planning is piloted in close collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Customer Service teams to create robust production and supply plans.
Product availability is guaranteed by optimizing stock levels, lead times and all Supply Chain flows. External partner relations with co-manufacturers, suppliers and logistics providers are managed to deliver performance and reliability.
Supply Chain KPIs are tracked and analyzed to identify improvement levers and optimize costs and budgets. The role contributes to digital tools development and ensures data reliability in SAP systems while leading a team of around ten.
Requirements
- Confirmed experience in Supply Chain with team management
- Solid mastery of KPIs, costs and end-to-end processes
- Good knowledge of SAP / ERP environments
- Excellent analytical, anticipation and decision-making capacities
- Strong relational ease and ability to collaborate in an international environment
- French and English essential, German is a plus
Responsibilities
- Act as key interface between Operations and Business in S&OP / IBP processes with decision-oriented analyses

- Translate demand plans into robust and realistic production and supply plans
- Guarantee product availability at best cost by optimizing stock levels, lead times and Supply Chain flows
- Manage relations with external partners including co-manufacturers, suppliers and logistics providers
- Monitor and analyze Supply Chain KPIs to identify improvement levers and optimize costs and budgets
- Contribute to digital tools development and ensure data reliability in SAP and associated systems
- Lead, accompany and develop a team of around ten collaborators while driving collective performance
