A Senior Supply Chain Analyst is sought to support procurement, logistics, and operational performance initiatives.

The analyst develops supply chain KPIs and dashboards while analyzing material shortages, supplier performance, and freight costs. Recurring and ad hoc reports are generated for leadership and operational teams. Root cause analysis addresses disruptions and identifies opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

Collaboration occurs with operations, procurement, logistics, and sales teams to support the monthly SIOP process. Warehouse material flow, storage optimization, and production readiness are coordinated in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Demand variability, supply constraints, and operational risks are analyzed to align execution with capacity plans.

This position contributes to continuous improvement and operational transformation across the supply chain organization. Capacity planning and scenario analysis activities help mitigate risks impacting production and customer delivery. Material transaction accuracy and ERP system integrity are maintained to support overall performance.

Requirements

Experience developing supply chain KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics
Proficiency analyzing material shortages, supplier performance, and operational efficiencies
Strong skills generating recurring and ad hoc reports for leadership teams
Experience supporting monthly SIOP processes with data collection and analysis
Knowledge of warehouse material flow, storage optimization, and production readiness
Familiarity with supplier performance tracking, spend analysis, and master data maintenance
Comfort working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with ERP systems

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain supply chain KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics
Analyze material shortages, supplier performance, freight costs, warehouse performance, and operational efficiencies
Perform root cause analysis on supply chain disruptions, operational inefficiencies, and service gaps
Support the monthly SIOP process through data collection, reporting, and analysis
Analyze warehouse performance metrics including inventory accuracy, picking efficiency, receiving throughput, and material availability
Support supplier performance tracking including on-time delivery, lead times, and quality metrics
Coordinate material expedites and shortage mitigation activities
Assist with material transaction accuracy and ERP system integrity
