About this role

This position is primarily responsible for packing and delivering corporate food orders for users of the Foodsby web site. The role involves retrieving orders from multiple platforms and ensuring accuracy.

Day-to-day tasks include checking and packing food per the corporate order form, then providing timely deliveries along a designated route. Drivers collect payments and verify signatures from credit card accounts.

You will communicate with guests and the management team to resolve any delivery issues while providing exceptional guest service and professionalism. The work environment emphasizes reliability and adherence to client standards.

This part-time role offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, allowing for predictable hours. It provides an opportunity to work independently and grow within the logistics field.

Requirements

Must have a high school diploma or GED
Must have a current driver's license, acceptable driving record, proof of liability insurance, and reliable vehicle
Be willing to drive personal vehicle to deliver customer orders
Must commit to working Monday – Friday from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm
Ability to safely lift 30 lbs
Ability to follow directions and read maps
Strict adherence to client professionalism
Must be flexible, prompt, and reliable

Responsibilities

Retrieve food orders received by Foodsby and other order sites
Check and pack food per corporate order form
Provide accurate and timely food delivery to clients on a designated route
Collect necessary payment and receive signature with verification of IF from credit card account
Communicate with guests and management team to resolve any issues with delivery
Provide exceptional guest service and professionalism with each delivery
