About this role
Yassir is the leading super App in the Maghreb region, operating in 45 cities across Algeria, Morocco, and Tunisia with recent expansions into France, Canada, and Sub-Saharan Africa. Backed by approximately $200M in funding from top VCs, we offer on-demand services including ride-hailing and last-mile delivery, and are now introducing digital financial services.
As Fleet Manager, you will supervise, structure, and optimize the fleet of delivery riders to ensure high operational performance, customer satisfaction, and profitability. Your day-to-day involves daily tracking of active riders, availability by zone and time slot, and monitoring KPIs such as delivery time, completion rate, and incident reports.
You will coordinate with sales, customer service, and dispatch teams, manage rider-related incidents and disputes, and deploy corrective actions for underperformance. You will also build rider demand forecasts by zone and implement initiatives to improve the rider experience.

Requirements
- Bac +3/5 in logistics, supply chain, management, or equivalent.
- 2 to 4 years in a similar role, ideally in the on-demand delivery sector.
- Leadership and ability to manage field teams.
- Strong operational data analysis skills.
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, dispatch tools, and CRM.
- Strong organizational skills, rigor, and autonomy.
- Strong results and field orientation.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, structure, and optimize the fleet of delivery riders to ensure high operational performance, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

- Recruit, onboard, and train riders to build a solid fleet across all cities (freelance or third-party providers).
- Monitor KPIs including delivery time, completion rate, complaints, and incidents.
- Analyze performance indicators: retention rate, activity rate, rider-related complaints, response time.
- Deploy corrective actions in case of underperformance.
- Coordinate with sales, customer service, and dispatch teams.
- Build rider demand forecasts by zone.
