About this role

This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring all logistics operations including warehousing, inventory, transportation, and supply chain processes across Nestlé Waters KSA. Based at the Almanhal Water Factory in Riyadh, the National Logistics Manager ensures consistent standards for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.

Day-to-day, you will direct and oversee national warehouse operations across all depots, implementing and enforcing HSE and internal control policies to ensure full compliance with legal and corporate safety standards. You will also monitor the effectiveness of warehouse strategies aimed at reducing operating costs and improving quality-control procedures.

Leading a team of warehouse staff and logistics specialists, you will build capability by identifying competency gaps and developing tailored growth plans. Requirements

  • University degree in engineering.
  • 8+ years of experience as a logistics manager.
  • Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in 3PL.
  • FMCG industry background.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and oversee all national warehouse operations across all depots, ensuring consistent standards for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
  • Lead the implementation and enforcement of HSE and internal control policies across all warehouse sites, ensuring full compliance with legal and corporate safety standards.
  • Ensure all storage, handling, and material-movement practices comply with food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements and are transported efficiently with the same standards.
  • Continuously monitor effectiveness of warehouse-operations strategies aimed at reducing operating costs, including wages, and improvement of quality-control procedures.
  • Lead, develop, and motivate the national warehouse team by identifying competency gaps and creating development plans.
  • Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers to maintain service levels and optimize supply chain performance.
  • Coordinate transportation and inventory planning to align with production schedules and customer demand.
