A Logistics and Supply Chain Analyst based in Côte d'Ivoire will own core logistics and inventory operations to support scaling across Africa.

The role focuses on running a predictable and efficient supply chain with stronger ownership and tighter cost control. You will introduce structure, improve data visibility, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Daily work centers on shipments, customs processes, and inventory accuracy across storage locations.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end coordination of inbound shipments (air and ocean) from origin to final delivery.
  • Drive strong in-country shipment planning, routing, and consolidation strategies to optimize cost, speed, and reliability.
  • Partner closely with freight forwarders and carriers to ensure consistent performance and continuous improvement.
  • Analyze shipment performance across cost, routing, and timelines to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Oversee end-to-end customs clearance processes in coordination with brokers and authorities.
  • Manage customs exemption processes, ensuring all eligible imports are properly captured and utilized.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customs authorities to enable fast, compliant, and predictable clearance.
  • Own inventory accuracy, visibility, and control across all storage locations.
