At Kraton, we make a Positive Difference as a global manufacturer of sustainable specialty polymers and biobased pine chemicals. We are seeking a key member of our Supply Chain team at our Belpre, Ohio location to align demand with supply plans and drive manufacturing execution.
This role manages production scheduling and supply chain activities across North America, including manufacturing locations and import hubs. Day-to-day work involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to minimize supply chain risks and avoid potential disruptions.
The Supply Planning Manager will track and report progress against Regional Inventory Targets as directed by the Senior Manager, Supply Chain Americas. You will challenge existing logistics and planning processes to implement continuous improvements and deliver tangible benefits.

Requirements
- Knowledge of supply chain principles.
- Knowledge of cost management.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience in team formation and development.
- Experience with production scheduling and inventory management.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP.
- Ability to work cross-functionally to align demand with supply plans.
Responsibilities
- Maintain compliance to all plant supply chain regulatory and safety requirements.
- Manage regional inventory levels to meet business targets and achieve expected customer product availability.
- Implement production plans within cost, manufacturing constraints, continuity of supply, and market requirements.
- Coordinate supply to maximize production economics and obtain defined reductions in inventory while maintaining customer service.
- Develop regional monomer and raw materials plans and communicate procurement needs to support production.
- Apply appropriate software tools such as Picaso and SAP to assure flexibility around plant scheduling and product importing.
- Act as key contact internally and externally for supply processes within the region and globally.
- Challenge existing logistics and supply planning processes to implement continuous improvements and deliver tangible benefits.
