Responsible for end-to-end project logistics, from planning and execution to troubleshooting and cost management. Ensure timely shipment of components and manage transport arrangements efficiently, including procurement, shipping documentation, and coordination with suppliers and forwarding agents for cost-effective solutions.

Join our Supply Chain department office in Søborg, where 10 colleagues work together on interconnected logistics tasks from global workshops, warehouses, and sub-suppliers to final customer delivery. Contribute professional project expertise across all types of transport and logistics tasks, including handling Letters of Credit, Incoterms, planning the supply chain, and executing project processes. Monitor project logistics, provide reports, handle issues like damage claims, and participate proactively in status and kick-off meetings.

Requirements

Proven knowledge and experience in project execution from the industrial business
Expert in project transports (also oversized), Incoterms, letter of credit, rules of origin, VAT and duty
Strong attention to detail as every comma is important
Fluency in Danish and English
Proactive approach to project execution and continuous, constructive communication with stakeholders
Thrive in a dynamic environment and remain calm and focused under high pace and shifting priorities
Structured approach with natural sense of overview to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Responsibilities
