About this role
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations in Cambodia. This role manages the end‑to‑end logistics process, ensuring efficient transportation, warehousing, and distribution while maintaining cost efficiency and service excellence.
Daily responsibilities include overseeing logistics operations, developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs, and managing relationships with logistics providers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring compliance with regulatory, safety, and company standards are also core duties.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management (typically 5+ years)
- Strong knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and distribution processes
- Experience with logistics systems / ERP tools
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong leadership and people management experience
