Senior Operations and Logistics Manager

RIXO started with a rail of vintage dresses and two best friends in a London flat. Today, it's six stores across London, New York, and Ireland, known for hand-painted prints, bias-cut silhouettes, and sizing up to UK 26. The brand designs for every woman, occasion, and body, with pieces meant to be worn, loved, and kept.

This hands-on role takes ownership of global logistics and operational processes, reporting to the Finance Director. You'll ensure products move efficiently and cost-effectively across all channels and regions. Focus on execution, continuous improvement, and scalable processes to support growth.

Work closely with Merchandising, Ecommerce, Wholesale, and Finance teams, plus external 3PL providers and carriers. Manage inbound freight, 3PL performance, wholesale distribution, and ecommerce outbound logistics. Handle customs, trade compliance, and resolve operational issues daily.

Lead carrier negotiations, supplier shipping terms, and team development for wholesale operations. Identify efficiencies in storage, fulfilment, returns, and stock movements. Build repeatable workflows to support international expansion and margin impacts from freight and duties.
